The Year to date average sold price was $243,711 in 2013 compared to $266,720. Selling price is down 15%. Time on the market average is 100 days compared to last year when it was 124 days on market. Days on market are down 19.4%.

I have been told by others that I am one of the most honest people they know. I remember those types of complements and never want to lose that quality. I chose that motto based on those complements I received along with a passage in Ephesians 4:25-32 that says “speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another”. We are also told in the verses following to “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you”. Relying on prayer is important to me as a Christian realtor in Bellingham Wa because we are told in in Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. “ In any real estate transaction there can be difficulties and stress. Oswald Chambers once said “We have to pray with our eyes on God, not on the difficulties.” Most of my prayers are simple like “Dear God please help me to work diligently as unto You. Help me to price this home accordingly and bring the right buyer at the right time for the successful sale of this home.”
Trusting in Jesus is important because while I do the marketing needed to help you sell your home in Bellingham Wa for the most amount of money in the least amount of time with the least amount of hassle; my trust for the outcome is ultimately in the hands of the Lord. Proverbs 3:5 says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding”. It is God that directs our steps as Christians.
